Does anyone have this software? I can't change the voices on it and
my controller sounds like a harpsichord. I e-mailed them and they
wanted to know if I had the Platinum version. I have a Platinum card
from my bank. Is that good? All seriousness aside. I need some
help.

I contacted support and got the answer. You can't change it.
Apparently this program is only made for microphone recording and not
MIDI instruments.
